Headshot of Alisa Becker, ON Team member

Alisa Becker is the ON Relationship Manager for Queensland and the Northern Territory. She joined CSIRO and ON back in January 2017, and has enjoyed seeing home grown talent emerge from her home state and beyond. One of the things she loves about ON, is that it provides a framework to make things happen. As a chemistry researcher herself, Alisa is passionate about seeing impact from science and has a strong interest in the Women in Stem movement.

Kate Milton

Kate delivers Accelerate for the first time in 2018/19, bringing her ON communications experience into the role to get stuck in with the new teams. Kate's crafty, creative passions will have you stitched up – or embroidered – ready, in no time. With a background in journalism, Kate enjoyed diving into the world of innovation during her time living in London, running strategic innovation workshops for corporate teams. She's excited to get to see innovation at the source working with the ON research teams. In her free time, adventurous Kate likes to eat and travel – if she's doing both at the same time, even better! Kate is based in Brisbane.

Karen Li

Joining the program in April 2016, Karen Li is best known for her work as Prime Experience Manager. Stepping way from her 'baby', Karen is now in command of the ON program's Tribe community. Karen's new role sees her supporting and coordinating for the vast constellation of superstars in our alumni and support network. Like all of ON's Tribe, Karen is passionate about making a difference within the innovation community and contributing to the future of Australian science and technology. A self-confessed sweet tooth, Karen’s hobbies include playing piano and building her collection of succulents and cacti.

Outside of work - and as a creative soul - Tennille enjoys creating her own ceramic pottery, amateur photography and is currently studying graphic design part-time.

Jack Doyle

Jack Doyle is our latest international hero, joining the ON team in all things admin and operations. New to Australia from his native Ireland, Jack is enjoying his Sydney experience with lots of exploring. He is a 'jack of all trades' with both law degree and Masters in Business Management from the University of Limerick. Jack is happy to help with anything to keep the office running smoothly, but maybe just don't ask him to iron..!
